Went to this CVS before never had a problem with the retail section in the past but no so anymore. This is what I get for giving this location a second chance. Purchased some mineral water that had been opened or tampered with. Noticed that when opening the bottles that the seal was broken. It seems to me that a Pharmacy should check the products they sell on the shelf a little more often. I had an issue with the pharmacy in the past with either a true lack of ethics or stupidity or both!! On an past trip to this location when picking up a prescription I happened to notice the Pharmacist in charge at the time Nadine Naji Kabbara happened to be completing the outer packaging of customers or patrons prescriptions I clearly noticed she was casually bagging and stapling the outer bagging of the prescriptions tossing the completed package on to the carpeted floor about 2 feet away next to her feet. This was not tossed in to a bin but on the carpeted floor next to her feet no less. The floor could have been spotless the outer packaging could have been germ free she might have just purchased a brand new pair of shoes! But I ask the question what image does this portray for CVS the Pharmacy? The one thing I do have to say in her defense was the fact she didn’t hide it. I also had an insurance claim issue with the same store on a drug prescription I purchased with this location. I must say this CVS did An incredible deed The elimination of the sale of cigarettes in the locations that I frequent So believe it or not I will go to other CVS locations but, in my opinion  I think it would be helpfull if they may consider a Surgeon General type warning on the outside of the store that may include the following to provide better customer service for their customers The purchase of products from this CVS location could be considered dangerous to your health.
