I contacted Garrett Cassells via his website: leadgeneratorsusa.com to purchase lead appointments for homeowners interested in solar for their home. He stated that they have experience in that sector and do the job.

I purchased a total of 20 appointments as a trial run at $85 each, totalling $1,700.00. He stated it should take about two wekks for me to start receiving the set appointments. After two weeks passed, I contacted him to see where we were at with the appointments, and he said that they were have troubles getiing "qualified" appointments. He then stated it should be about another week to get the appointments. When I called him back a week later, he again stated they were having trouble setting qualified appointments and he didn't want to just send me appointments that weren't qualified. He also stated they just started on my campaign a couple of days before, which contradicts what he said a week ago.

After I hung up, I did some research on the internet and found his real name: Garret Cassells (He had only gone by Gary, or Gary C. on his emails). I then found two separate reports on ripoffreport.com about his scams. So, I called him again a week later, he stated the same issues of not getting qualified leads. He also stated they were going to change the script to see if they get improvements. I asked him to email a copy of script so I could make any suggestions I felt would help, and the scripts I received were elementary to say the least, but also contained inaccurate information and flase claims. During this same call, he said he will call me back later that day to provide a status update, which he never did.

After receiving the script, and all the inaccuracies, the lies, and misleading, I decided to write him an email to cease any attempts to obtain appointments on my company's behalf and I requested a full refund of the amount I was charged since I never received one appointment from him. I never heard back from him again.

Fortunately, my credit card company was able to dispute the charge and credited back my account the $1,700, and mentioned they will charge back his bank. I HIGHLY recommend that people do their research on him before investing their time and money. STAY AWAY!!
