I'm the own who initiated the invetigation that led to Martin's arrest in July. I have been in contact with the States Attorney and been trying to find out what is going on. I was told to have record of my monetary damages by April 1st and that we would recieve subpeonas to appear. Now here it is April 10th, and we've heard nothing!! My damages are in excess of $100,000 and I need to know what i going on.
