Complaint Review: Gary Bowman - "Moses" - "Preacher Bob"

This man Gary "Moses" Bowman causes strife in public places just so somebody will call the police, and he can file civil rights lawsuits. His many lawsuits include suits against The City of Tulsa, The University of Arkansas, The City of Hulbert, Oklahoma, I believe that an action was coinsidered against the University of Central Arkansas (Where he was also arrested).

It does no good to try to reason with this man, he doesn't care what anybody says, but to the readers of Rip Off report, there is a solution. Ignore him and he will go away, don't try to debate with him, or he may sue you or try to have you arrested. His arrests include: Disturbing the Peace, Harrasment, and maybe some charges I am not aware of.

He glees with delight when he can have angry people arrested for lies he tells. He always has a camcorder going,(I suspect that he edits the videos) so he can "capture" people harrassing him (Evidence for his lawsuits) This man is a sue happy parasite, ignore him.
