Complaint Review: Gary Brecker

gary brecker is the code inforcer for collins ny. he like's to send town officials to do his dirty work like { signing off on repairs that have not been completed , delivering eviction note's to my vehicle and all of the doors in the apt} he likes to take advantage of disabled woman . after renting apartments to them. he has been very touchy feely. and i have heard it from others who have lived here he get's to close and touches with out concent. and is being investigated by the health dept for code infractions in his own building .

yet he has made many of the people who live in this town spend thousands on repairs septic, cosmedic etc. .he has cought by the health dept in many lies. he has made it almost imposible for me to move because of bad references. i've paid him rent faithfully for 2 years. but as soon as i complained about water pouring down the walls from a leak up stairs. and the mold that is growing all over the apt destroying most of my belongings. because of the leaks. in stead of fixing the problem his solution was to evict. not the least of wich i've been paying $500 a month for gas , because of lack of proper heating. and no insolation. WOW is that legal in New York State ? i don't think so. i don't think he will stop till i'm homeless.
