This company made an offer to participate in his CD selling business and for $2,500 he would do the mailing including names, postage and replys, I would then be provided 50% of all sales and he would deliver product the the consumer. The mailing was never done always having a reason why, after several weeks I advise him of my desire to recevie a refund, he agreed and actually had some lady from his office contact me twice regarding the refund check, it never showed up.
I have several (many, many) times attempted to contact him by phone, email etc., no reply just refuses to acknowledge me now, finally I contact an assoicate of his Adam Post whom had been in several other phone conversation with the owner Gary Brodsky and told him of this problem, he promised to find out what was going on here claims never heard of this happening before all that you know, well after a couple of emails from Adam (which I have records of) the final email says "Gary offer you settlement by taking the dollars in trade for consultling", I have declined this offer. Why after this would I want his advice, what on how to scam people, any way that the deal he has my money, he refuses to speak and doesnt answer phone and just no contact.
Also as well as this stated above, I had purchased as well a copy of a CD for another sum of money (like $55.00) and never received this either.

Hello. I have been a close friend and business associate of Mr. Brodsky for going on 17 years now, I knew his father and I regularly dine with him and his wife at their home with their two young sons. Gary is a man who values ethical business practices with religious intensity and there is simply No way this matter being described here has been properly disclosed. Now I happen to know from personal experience how frustrating it can be to feel like your being sidelined on an important deal, but going around blindly slandering some ones reputation over a simple matter of impatience is childish and completely irresponsible. The small portion of this report that isnt a complete fabrication is grossly exaggerated. Using my myriad of both personal and professional dealings with Mr. Brodsky I can say with Absolute certainty that one of his principal qualities as a personal and a man of business is his immaculate sense of professional integrity, which, to my knowledge, has yet to be compromised in ANY way shape or form. Thank you for your time.

Secured legal advise and have retained attorney, contacted company and Gary Brodsky by mail, no response, my next step is small claims and contacting Michigan and New York Attorney Generals Offices, scams and crooks like this need to be cleaned up.
