Complaint Review: Gary Carouthers

Gary Carouthers represented himself as a Business Owner begging me to rent our flipper house we were going to sell.  He wanted to buy it but according to him would be able to get a loan 6 months later.  We made a Contract, very good for him regarding price and rent going toward mortgage. 

After 6 months he stopped paying, or was 1 month behind, or not pay at all.  we got together and begged me if he could stay since again "was trying to get back on his foot"  with lots of BS stories about again, new business so on.  So, since I felt sorry for him we made a deal, he was going to do work in the house from the damage an other renter did, actually his "friend".  Every month, an other excuse, didn t pay, didn t do anything.  So finally at the end of the year he left, was in jail for the month of December in Florida, in the meantime without letting us know, got an other druggie in the house without paying rent. 

To make a long story short, I was out of the country, went to the house 2127 Crystal Drive Januari 10th!  Was shocked!!!!   Him and his druggie roommate demolished the house even more!  Stole washer and dryer, took headboards of the wall, damaged doors, wholes in it, demolished woodwork!  

If you ever meet this looser, don t let him into your house with all his promises and lies!! I am  a widow, and he lied straight in my face 2 times!!!   A total drug addict!!!  Don t go into business with him, He wwill use you and will do everything he can to bring you down and use you!!!!!  Looser, drug addict, con artis, jail bird!!!!!!!  He does NOT ever deserve an other chance!!  We gave him several!!!
