Gary Carter Goose Graphics Did Not Deliver Signs that we paid for in advance. Ridgefield Washington
After solicting us to have him make some signs for our rental business we paid half the price up front so he could purchase materials. The next day Gary returned and said he had to use the money for something else and needed more money to purchase materials. He gave us a $25 dollar discount if we would pay the balance. We paid a total to $225 to Gary Carter and never heard from him again. He will not answer his phone or return calls. We are not the first and it appears that he is making this his preferred method of doing busniess.
