Gary Carter Pre-paid for a sign that was never delivered Ridgefield, Washington
Gary Carter came to our Vancouver, Wa. store asking if he could paint our windows or a sign. He said he needed pre-payment of $200 to cover his supplies. He agreed to be back with the sign the following Wednesday. Gary never came back to our store & has not returned our phone calls. It has been 6 months and still no sign or call back.
Today I saw his window paintings on a local Vancouver restaurant. I inquired inside to confirm it was Gary Carters work.
I would like to make other local companies aware of Gary Carters failure to provide the finished product and his poor dishonest business ethics.
