Gary Melchiorre, IS AT IT AGAIN....
Gary Ernest Melchiorre has removed his website and company name of GEM STAR CONSTRUCTION SERVICES as well as his previous company STAR BRAND CONSTRUCTION SERVICES. He has operated under other company names as well.
He states that I did not press charges which is true. The reason no charges were pressed is due to the issue that Gary NEVER would put anything in writing. Therefore he can easily ripoff people. He has no leg to stand on as far as a lein since there was nothing in writing and that is what prevented me from being able to press charges.
I am not bothered by anything Gary Ernest Melchiorre has to say bad about me. Just ask yourself why a reputable construction worker would: NEVER put anything in writing, keep changing company names, and make claims of so many satisified customers that he has to change his company name TIME AFTER TIME and no customers seem to be singing his praises.
HE IS A SMART CON MAN. It is your money, so gamble with him if you want. Just know you were warned. How I wish I had been warned.

Again and Again! Way to Go Gary E. Melchiorre ANOTHER new company name GMTCONSTRUCTIONSERVICES.COM for you. Same CON MAN Gary E. Melchiorre once more has a new company name to try and hide his past reputation as a con in the construction services. He does not have a license, does not like to put anything in writing, and he like to accept cash to prevent any legal retribution for his conning ways.
Do you self a favor and search the web for his MANY MANY company names and complaints. Be warned he is an accomplished CON ARTIST and does not mind ripping you off. Your money your gamble. At least check him out on the WEB before being ripped off.
