Gary Engman is a horrible, rotten old man! Con-artist and drifter are other great descriptive words.
The only thing he is good at is establishing a consistent pattern of bad business practices, including not paying his employees commissions, expenses he said he would pay, or even final paychecks in addition to shady business practices with customers. There are numerous people who can attest to his dishonesty and lack of paying employees.
I would hate to see someone else get stumped by this man, and if you can prevent supporting or working for his company I would highly suggest giving him the finger ASAP! He hires nice employees to cover up his lies and puts on an "aloof" approach to everyone else.....he avoids all of his problems and owes numerous people money. Be vary weary of him, he likes to wine and dine people and pretend he is a nice guy but he in fact is not! I worked very hard for his company and he left me high and dry.
Also, if you just Google his name you can read for yourself....he has plenty of articles written about his suspicous business practices.
There are plenty of other Reclaimed Wood companies on the market with cool product that is probably more legitimate than what he offers. In his own words, he is "very good at selling the sizzle, not the steak"
