Paid him$5,900.00 to start. Paid him $ 600.00 on 2-17-16 for sidewalk. He needed another draw of $7,200.00 on 2-19-16. On 2-25-16 he needed draw of $4200.00 for walk and patio rock. He completed retaining wall and 1/3 of driveway, left and has never finished job. Won't return text or phone calls.
On 2-15-16 we hired Gary Garrett, owner of C & J Custom Concrete to put up a concrete retaining wall, concrete driveway, and concrete walkway. We paid first installment of $5900.00.
on 2-16-16 he started retaining wall, and on 2-17-16 asked for additional installment of 7200.00 for concrete. He also asked for $600.00 for sidewalk. He completed retaining wall and 1/3 of driveway, and walkway.
On 2-25-16 he said he would do one additional sidewalk and rock patio for $4200.00 which we paid on 2-25-16.
He left on 2-25-16 and has not been back to finish the job. He always has excuses when we finally do talk Example: wife in hospital, bobcat broke down, pickup in wreck, or he says he will come tomorrow.
