Gary was recommended by a company who i sold my house to. When I moved into my new house , i contacted Gary to check my a.c. since it wasn't working properly. He came over n told me i needed a new capacitor and a fan motor. He told me the parts would be $240. 00, I gave him cash since I trusted him since I knew the buyers of my old house. Gary didn't show up as promised. Always had an excuse for not showing up. Excuses were that the parts weren't in yet. When I told him I can't wait anymore ,to cancel my order and that I will have someone else do the repairs. He said he would come that Monday to return my money. Never did. Every time I would txt n call him. He delayed replying back. Had more excuses from his son getting married sooner than expected n that he was In Houston tx due to hurricane Harvey. He then blocked all the phone numbers I used to try to call him. It's been since 8-3-17 and now it's 9-7-17

THERE IS A LONG LIST OF VICTIMS

I'm sorry to hear that he ripped you off too.  This is how he makes his living.  He took me for $700, another woman for $3,200 and the list goes on.  He's been in and out of jail for theft.  He also does not have 10 employees.  I believe at one point, his sons may have been working for him but I heard that he wasn't paying them so they quit.

He always asks for money up front and never returns.  Typically, he uses heart attacks and cancer as his excuses.  He knows that his theft is a civil case and not criminal so that allows him to keep preying on victims.  A very recent report I heard was that he stole from a woman a gun point.  If that's the case, that is definitely criminal and he'll be off the streets for longer than a few months at a time.
