On 8/6/06 I purchased the CurrencyExchangeProfits system, and per the instructions set up, funded, and started trading in the DXInOne system. Within days I discovered his promised profits of 1-5% per day we're simply false. Further, the screenshot on his sales page, as anyone trading e-currency knows, claims his profits as though it were 3% per day, instead of accurately stating that it's a cumulate total shown, which amounts to about .06% daily profits.

Seeing this, I called their support line to get my refund. Miraculously, a person answered and I was told to enter a ticket for the refund, which I did WELL within the 45 days stated in the refund policy. I regret not demanding a refund on the phone because since that call I have NEVER gotten a live person to answer. And I have called their 2 other numbers (I presume the offices of Vertical Marketing), still to get only voicemail. None of the voicemails I have left were ever responded to. I did enter a ticket for the refund request, but of course it was never acknowledged or responded to.

I have followed everything to the letter and there is no "loophole" that could possibly get them out of refunding my money, yet it appears they will not be honoring their agreement to do so. Nevertheless, I would expect any rebuttal they may make to my posting here to do just that: find a loophole. That seems to be what others in my shoes are getting from them. I would be ecstatic just to get my $249 back, let alone the "double-my-money" back that his refund promise claims.

Please avoid Gary Jezorski and any of his Internet Marketing schemes, as I have found them to be a very disreputable company to work with.

I've never used this program, but I'm curious.

I read your comments about the screenshot of his profits record, so I looked at the screenshot again.

These are the approximate numbers listed in the chart (not exact):

Session 21
total costs 15,280
total return 15,890
total profit 610 (3.99%)

Session 20
total costs 14,898
total return 15,438
total profit 539 (3.6%)

Session 19
total costs 14,589
total return 15,106
total profit 517 (3.5%)

(The chart continues on similarly for the 7 more sessions)

The math seems to me to work out just fine.

15890-15280=610
610/15280=0.0399=3.99%

If each session is one day, then that looks to me like a daily profit of 3%. It doesn't look like it could possibly be referring to a cumulative profit, especially considering the fact that the profit percentages listed for some of the sessions are actually a little bit LOWER than those of preceding sessions. (session 15: 2.8%, session 14: 3.3%)

Can you explain your accusation more thoroughly for those of us who aren't very knowledgable about these things? Or if you think you may have just made a mistake, that's fine too. Just let us know.

Thanks.
