September 2018 I hired Gary Moore of "CREDIT GURU OF CHICAGO" to repair my credit. Everything went smooth at first, but then when its time to do 2nd n 3rd round disputes. Gary fails to communicate effectively. It then takes him days, weeks, and even a month to respond to your simple questions. Before he gets your money he responds right on point, after that getting a response from this guy is like pulling teeth.
When it was time to do my 3rd round of dispute letters. I contacted him the end of Novemeber, In December approx 11 days later, he told me my 3rd round dispute letters would be in the mail and I should receive them in a few days. Today is Jan 31st and I have still not received my dispute letters. I have continoulsy reached out to Gary asking the status, only to be lied to and ran around in circles.
This guy is very unorganized, very uprofessional, and I honestly feel like his so called business should be inverstigated. I have saved every tect message communication from his since day 1. I can prove everything, this guy is a fraud. He only wants to collect money in the form of a wire transfer because thats what scammers do so you wont be able to dispute through your bank.
I have now found similar complaints against Gary and his company. Being a small business owner myself, I have given Gary Moore several occassions to make things right, I have been very patient with his unprofessionalism and at this point I refuse to deal with him any longer. I took a $900 loss from this guy and I just want to warn others about this Scammer. People/Businesses that dont produce what they adverstise and promise are SCAMMERS!
I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANY USE GARY MOORE OR GMJ INVERSTMENT GROUP UNLESS YOU WANT TO TAKE A FINANCIAL LOSS. DON'T SAY I DID NOT WARN YOU GUYS! DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THE CREDIT GURU OF CHICAGO!

RipOff! Once Gary got my money the first round of disputing went smooth, but when it cames to rounds 2, and 3, it was very hard getting a timely response. You literally have to attempt to reach out to him a ridiculous amount of times before he responds days, sometimes weeks later. Then I was lied to about paperwork being sent to me in the mail, and a few other things that just doesnt add up.
I think this company is VERY unorganized and very unprofessional. Then to top ot off, if you complain about the service, the owner will blame you and make a lot of excuses. I saved EVERY TEXT and Message Communication just incase it led to proving my accusations against him. In Gary's mind him being unprofessioanal is the customers fault.
The process got so frustrating I decided to take the $900 Loss and not continue on with this company but I will absolutely expose this negative unprofessioanal experience. I was more than patient with Gary and gave him several times to redeem himself,. Watching him for months I also noticed that any customers that werent happy got put on blast on social media as to say he's not doing anyone wrong, as if things went wrong because of the customer.
BS! But you wont find those reviews because he deletes them. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO TAKE A FINANCIAL LOSS!
