Gary Munson Heating and Air Price Gouging Orlando, Florida
I was Charged $132.50 for a thermostat ( non programable) that retails for around $40. This was just parts, not the labor. When i called and mentioned this, I was told that the price for quality items, and what I was looking at was a cheap product. Problem is, I looked up exact model. Keep in mind, I found the retail price, not wholesale.
When Charging $110 an hour, plus a fee for just showing up, it seems that no reason exists to gouge the customer on parts.
