We purchased a product from his website at the middle/end of February. According to his website, it takes 1-2 days before they send out their shipment, and shipping takes 2-5 business days. It is now the middle/end of March, and we have YET to receive anything from him. We made several attempts to call him, since on his website it states "If you still have questions, or just want to make sure that I am a real person selling a real product, then give me a call at 1-800-605-8287 and I'd be happy to answer any questions you may have. I don't hide behind the anonymity of the web and I make sure I provide my phone number on every page just in case you have a question." We also sent several emails to his numorous email aliases and addresses. The phone numbers provided are all out of service, and our emails were never responded to.

I apologize for the delay with your order. The time it did take for your order to be shipped was unacceptably long, and for that I would like to apologize. A refund for this transaction has been issued and the merchandise was shipped, so you are in effect receiving the merchandise free because of the delay.
