Complaint Review: Gas Up Usa

I joined this company in Nov 2002 and signed up other friends in December 2002. we were supposed to pay $4.98 for a card to pre pay for gasoline to save 21% Since the beginning of Jan. they are stating that the bank they used have frozen their funds and you cannot gas up your card to get the benefit you bought it for and that you now will need to buy another card for $9.95 to prepay to get gas.

They have changed the requirements to get checks from the company when you sign up other people which is stated in their bylaws that they can do. However since we have purchased our cards we have gotten no benefit what so ever. We want our investment back because we now have no faith in the solvency of this company.

Please help us and let us know what to do to file a class action lawsuit and how do we get the information out so others are not scammed by this company.
