Scott sent a copy of the order with his distributor, Capitol Wholesale , I spoke with Capitol Wholesale and spoke with Rick Grundy who said the order was never paid for and that Scott owed him $13K for bad checks he wrote them. WE WANT REFUND Scott final response today:
