There is no product; they screwed others too .....

I joined the company thinking it was a great opportunity. I purchased gas at their "21 percent discount" and the money never made it to the card. The card even took longer than expected to arrive (2 months) and they claimed I would have it in 14 business days! The reason the funds never made it to my card is because gasupusa's bank (Patriot Bank) froze the account on suspicion of fraud. Gasupusa got the account reopened, but money still never made it to my card.

I filed a chargeback through my bank and tried to get my membership money back as well. I got my gas money, but more than 60 days passed so by ACH banking rules, I could not get the membership money back. Gasupusa suspended my account and told me I had to pay the membership fee all over again if I wanted to rejoin. So they took my membership money and my membership.

Why do I have to pay double to be a part of a scam? They are also under investigation by the Attorney Generals office of Idaho and Pennsylvania. I filed a report with the better business bureau and they are also looking into this. Gasupusa claims on their website to have 79,000 members, but most of them have removed their membership due to similar fraud.
