Complaint Review: Gate Roadside Services

I noticed charges on my credit card for this company one day in the amount of $29.95 (in two consecutive months) and then for $9.95 in the second of those two months. I have AAA, so why would I need "Roadside Services"? I looked the company up on the internet and e-mailed and called. Did not rec'v a call back, but they did respond after several days by e-mail They promised to credit the charges. Unfortunately, they only credited one. Since then I have again left numerous voice mails and e-mails with no response. Bottom line is, this company seems to be banking on fraudulently charging credit cards and hoping the charges aren't large enough for people to make the time or effort to resolve.
