bought a gateway 500 special was told that it would play all games well did not then when i got computer bad moniter.upgraded to 700se few months later system says no keyboard found,then i call they send out new key board well says the same.then they try to tell me they will send another,i say the hell with that must be something else so they said they would send out motherboard,well tech drives 1 hour to repair it he arrives says were is part i said dont you have it ?

well no he leaves 1 hour later part shows up wrong part,call gateway they send out right part well dont have time to wait for tech to come out gateway helps me through it.well ready to get it going problem,no memory tech says take from old motherboard.so i do while later problem still there no keyboard found,very angry at this point gateway said they would send out tech i said no i want new tower my system is only 5 monthes old.

they agree 10 days later part arrives guess what wrong tower,wrong color iam pissed well no compensation for lost timenow they are going to send out the right tower.lets hope iam very angry about the whole gateway product,next buy will be a dell.they dont care.computer been down for over a month works does not work etc.thank you
