Gateway Capital Funding - Patricia Andrews ripoff, did not pay my agreed commissions, does not return calls St. Charles Missouri
I closed a deal with Patricia Andrews of Gateway Capital on January 5th and Ms. Andrews refuses to pay me. She would not send me a commission payout agreement for the mortgage note brokerage deal we were closing, even though I asked her a few times, as did my partner. Then once we closed she told me "the check was in the mail" but naturally it wasn't. Of course, she told me she would check into things and then wouldn't answer my phone calls or return messages.
She sent me a few faxes telling me she was going to pay the thousands of dollars she owed me, but she never has. It has been 9 1/2 weeks and I am now in the process of suing her.
I am trying to find out other people she has done this to so we can have a group lawsuit against her. She is a pathological liar who kept insisting to my partner she would pay us, but I don't think she will unless she's shut down or put in jail. That will be the only way to stop her.

I have also been scammed by Patricia over a year ago. She was constantly ignoring my calls. When she did answer she would always say she would send the money soon. The company under which she scammed me was MidWest Flawless Entertainment. I paid her 150$ so I could open up for R&B artist Ray J. This never happened and I never got my money back. I have her new number also. I did not lose as much as some of these other people, but someone has to put a stop to her! This is the MySpace of her company > www.myspace.com/midwestflawless. The company that she is using to scam individuals out of money now is called MidWest Flawless Entertainment. I am in the process of seeking professional assistance in resolving the financial misrepresentation that has occured. I would love to discuss any other matters dealing with this scam squad on a one on one basis.
