Gateway Computer company are ripoff artist ,and thieves!!
I bought a gateway computer, I ordered a 750 mhz, got a select 600.! I tried to tell them this , was NOT what I had ordered, they said but it was what I paid for, I have spoken with at least 45 people there,they kept telling me to read the warrenty.nothing more repeatedly!!
I lost my business due to the fact I could not keep info on my clients, over 11,000.00 worth!!I went through 5 hard drives, which by the way were NOT formatted, 6 modems that were also bad, and never the right one I ordered either.none of the software was right either, these people are so stupid, heartless, and uncaring, they want your money but dont back their products, or admitt to any of the errors being theirs!
I had two of the hard drives blow up on me!!Loosing everything.. I spent many of my own hours trying to make this do something.I wish everyone that has been ripped off by gateway get together and do something about this!!If you are interested in doing this with me ,please write to me at joni35_2001@yahoo.com.
This is ONLY PART of what has happened to me, a small part.. lets get them to open their eyes and lets fight back together, most companies help you fix the problem they only create more for you .BTW I still have the 600, and nothing has been done they were totally rude to my situation ..
