Gateway Computers RIP-OFF COMPUTER BROKEDOWN VERY EASILY & STOPPED All TOGETHER BEFORE BEING COMPLETELY BEING PAID OFF FT' LAUDERDALE FLORIDA

I bought a gateway computer about four years ago. First of all I had no idea about computers, but I was a student and needed something basic. Some how I ended up with a $2,500.00 piece of junk.

I started having problems with it from day one. It kept breaking down. The modem was not working, so they sent me a new one, which I had to install my self, being a novice computer user, & having a warranty on it !!!!

Finally I got a tech person in the line after months of dialing, who figured the problem out....I had to remove the modem & reboot my computer everytime I wanted to get on the internet..>!!! How ridiculous.!!
My computer broke down continuously & always froze, even after I was able to install more memory.

The final straw came recently about 8 months ago. The computer died on me completely. When I took it to the Gateway store near me , I had to pay $50.00 for a diagnostic (just to tell me what I already knew, the computer was dead.

I lost years & years of precious materials on there, but they won't help me....I still owe $1500.00 & I am paying for it to this day, while it is in a garbage bag, somewhere in my storage room.

THIS IS THE BIGGEST RIP OFF EVER....

SOMEONE NEEDS TO GET A LAWSUIT OR CLASS ACTION GOING

AGAINST GATEWAY...PLEASE HELP
