I was in need of a vehicle for work because my truck broke down. I purchased a vehicle (S-10) from Riteway Auto in Flint of off Fenton Road and was told if for any reason I lose my job or am laid off that Riteway will help with payments until I get another job or am called back to work. This was the only reason I was ok with buying a vehicle from them. I off course was laid off about two years into buying the vehicle and was struggling with payments and was repossessed twice but managed through borrowing money to retrieve the vehicle. I let them now that I was struggling due to a layoff but unemployment will start in two weeks. That night without even being behind they repossessed my truck yet a third time. I was unable to get any answers and was treated awful by both Rite Way and espessially Gateway Financial. I owe over 8000.00 for a vehicle that was ten years old and  cost about 12,000 grand brand new even after paying for two years on it???WTH they are now garnashing my wages without any contact to me at all... A Gateway  rep told me herself "they are in the repossession business this is where they make their money". This has been the worst business decission I have ever made and totally regret doing business with them or riteway who won't even return a phone call.

do you have it in writing on your finance agreement which YOU signed?

Isn't Gateway a sub-prime (deadbeat) lender who doesn't care about your problems or believe ANY excuses for not making all payments in full and on time...EVERY time?

Apparently you have a bad credit history,

Where's the Ripoff?
