Gateway laptop ripoff Bestbuy no help either Internet

After spending $1500.00 on a laptop and having the little rubber feet fall off after 2 weeks and multiple calls no one could help me including Bestbuy who said they couldn't help because I didn't buy their extended warranty even though it had only been a little over two weeks, I finally had someone to help me but they only sent me one of the four that's required I tried to get the other three but no one could help they just kept saying that I can buy them for $1.00 at bestbuy, Why can't they send them to me as part of customer satisfaction if it's only $1.00, they keep saying that it's an accessory and there's nothing they can do, STAY AWAY FROM GATEWAY AND BESTBUY......
