Complaint Review: GATEWAY MANAGEMENT SERVICES

My car began having transmission problems as soon as the chemical they sent me in the mail was put into my vehicle. I had the oil changed 2 mos. after I had the vehicle then again 4 mos. after. Oil changes should not have anything to do with the transmission on my vehicle.

But, because it is written in their fake contract "The transmission has to be inspected as well as the oil change has to be done 4 mos. or 4,000 miles whichever comes first." Among a number of stipulations on this contract there was a statement that even said: "Failure of covered component which occurs within the first 90 days and 1,000 miles after document date, as appears on the below application form, will not be covered." What?

So, if you buy this warrenty and you have trouble with your car they wouldn't cover you at all. YOur money just flew out of the window. Also, it states that "Total aggrigate not to exceed $5,000 or the actual cash value of the vehicle at the discretion of the warrantor. If a claim on either on engine, transmission or differential exceeds the actual cash value of the vehicle and the warrantor elects to pay the actual cash value of the vehicle, the vehicle becomes the PROPERTY of the warrantor for salvage. Towing $75.00 per occurence and/or rental car $100.00 per occurence are authorized as part of any valid claim. (Which is inpossible to get a claim because they try to find anything in their contract to hold against you before you even get started.)

I only have one car and Lynn, Margaret, Michael and a so called man named Lynn Murphy (ext. 101) thinks that it would be funny to have my calls transfered to voice mails at each call. They even know that they are crooked themselves that is why they do the things they do to us. I recommend that anyone buying a car whether used or new to NOT buy a premium 2000 plus warranty, because you will not only throw your money away you will never see your money or use your vehicle. If I only knew what I know now they would have never got $1500.00 for nothing.
