Complaint Review: Gav's Auto Care

I went to Gav's Auto Care yesterday to patronize a local merchant who recently opened a car wash. I purchased a $12.95 wash and proceeded through the wash on an automated track. The system was weak to say the least as it did not cover my car with water or suds. When I was exiting it was supposed to blow down the car and get rid of the water so the car doesn't spot. Afterwards there was a man who was supposed to finish drying the car. No only did they not clean the car properly, they left suds on it and told me I was done. When I approached the manager on duty, he told me that I should have bought a better wash. He stated,"For someone in a luxury car like yours, you shouldn't be so cheap". I was stunned at his rude tone, and his threatening manner. He told me to leave and wrote doen my plate number and told me if there were any other problems he would find me and I would be sorry.
