Complaint Review: Gavin Auto Group

These people are notorious Crooks!  Save your money, time, and headaches and DO NOT buy from Gaven Auto Group. I am not a private consumer, I am a Dealer.  I am not saying that you should buy from me instead, but I did buy a vehicle from them directly through Manheim Auction and I was told that the vehicle ran and drove excellent with no issues. They never disclosed any problems with the vehicle.  When I picked up the vehicle, it literally drove like the engine was going to explode and after much time spent on it, it did need a new engine.  I contacted them at least 10 - 15 times and asked them to buy back the vehicle and they refused and refused, saying that the vehicle was bought " as is ".  It's Dealers like Gavin Auto Group who give the " Honest " Dealer a bad reputation!  Their shold be banned and shut down!!
