To continue, Gayle Wright owes $6200 of unpaid rent and late fees to UDR (Corporate Head Quarters Of Villas at Carlsbad, Calif). She was late on pay her monthly rent payment continuously. We would get a partial then a little more with a whole lot of promises.... No payment. Then she complained about the apartment and did not pay and ultimately moved. Call 760-729-4344 to obtain a rental reference prior to considering renting to this individual. You will be glad you did. Referenece 700 Laguna Drive Unit #2 so we can easily locate her file.
