I ordered an Amana stove online with this company, i received a confirmation of my order. I received another email later that evening requesting that I call, Peter, to confirm my order. I called- Peter then explained that it was a security practice. Peter asked if I was interested in an extended warranty. I said no. I confirmed- all was good.

Two days later, I receive another email requesting that I call to confirm my order. I called-- was offered another type of extended warranty. i said no, and that I had already confirmed my order. i was told it would be shipped.

Two days later, I receive another email requesting that I call to confirm my order. I called again, frustrated that it hadn't been shipped yet. Peter tells methat my stove is not in stock. I explain that it shows in stock right now as we speak. He states that he can "possibly " get a stove if I were to purchase an "in-house warranty"- which meant that instead of shipping the stove off to get it fixed if it were to break, somebody would come to my home. Now, that is the most rediculous thing I've ever heard of-- it never even occurred to me that I might want to elect to SHIP my stove to have it repaired ("isn't that what appliance repair people are for???)

At this point I was very rudely told that Peter was canceling my order and that the stove would not be shipped at all. Which he infact did.

This company has an unsatisfactory record with the BBB for numerous complaints. STAY AWAY form this company!!
