I purchased HTC Pocket PC from GBT Mobile on Oct 12 2006 for about $900. Transaction # 0W690225LC875254D. On July 2007 my Pocket PC broke down and I ask the company how to proceed with the warranty repair. They sent me an email with instructions how to send my Pocket PC back to them with repair order #6MT3-BC02-5B6B, RMA (return authorization) # - 5b6btf2ndrepair710 and address Repairs, Attention Tim, 902 IAA Drive Suite 1A, Bloomington, Illinois 61701. I sent my HTC by UPS the first week of August and 4 weeks later asked them by e-mail about the status of my repair. On 27/08/07 they sent me the following email: "Steve,We have been informed that the manufacturer is still working on the repair of your device. We will keep doing everything we can to make sure your repair is expedited and let you know as soon as your repair is completed. Thanks, GBT Mobile Support" At the end of September I contacted them and never got a response since then. Then I contacted the official manufacturer site of HTC in USA and they told me that the RMA number given to me by GBT Mobile is a fake number and it doesn't exist in their repair data base. They told me that I am probably victim of a froud. There is no any contact information on GBT mobile web site. I found their address on BBB web site but it seams that they are delisted from them because BBB doesn't respond. GBT mobile still sells online mobile phones from their web site but there is no way to establish any communication with them.
