Complaint Review: GCCL Grand Circle Cruise Lines - GCT Grand Circle Travel

Grand Circle Travel / Grand Circle Cruise Lines have created an intimidating work atmosphere.

The employees, Program Directors are continously fired and hired, thus causing an intimidating work atmosphere.
With such, the product quality is very low, as newly hired program directors, have never been on a ship, nor have no idea about the places they go to, or the job itself.

The program directors, not many left, continously have to train new people, and cannot concentrate on the task. 
Program directors are forced to ILLEGALLY guide in the ports of call.
The company, even though several times notified, do rather save money on local guides. 
They push program directors to their limits, and when they used them enough, then they fire them, without considering wheather they have been long enough with them, or wheather they have a family or childen to maintain.

Traveling with Grand Circle will support illegal guiding, and one will probably get a low product, exactly what was paid for.
