GD Starlight A charge I didn't make showed up on my Visa Checkcard and won't return my email or voicemail Internet
These people write software for Windows based PDA devices. I don't now or ever did own such a device.
A charge appeared on one of my bank accounts that I didn't make. I have repeatedly called and emailed them about the charge. They have not returned any of my messages. Their website says give them 24 hours to respond. I have given them 72.
The charged caused an overdraft fee of $27.50 on my account. I have had to go thru the hassel of cancelling my card and it looks like now I'm going to have to fill out a refund affidavit, then try to get my bank to cancel the overdraft fee.
I'm not sure if these people make a good product or not. However, if they aren't returning calls and trying to help some one with what looks like a fraudulent charge then they must be up to no good.
