GE BUY A STOVE BUT CANT USE IT PINEVILLE NC NC

WE BOUGHT A STOVE AND WE NOTICED THE COATING COMING OFF.  WE CALLED THEIR SERVICE, THEY ONLY ORDER ONE PIECE AND NOT BOTH PIECES...THEY THEN ORDER THE 2ND PIECE OF THE OVEN, GUY SHOWS UP WITHOUT ANY CALL OR NOTIFICATION, WALKS IN AND OPENS BOX, DAMAGED, LEAVES, ANOTHER BOX SHOWS UP, THEN THE SAME SERVICE GUY SHOWS UP RANDOMLY, KNOCKS, WALKS IN, OPENS BOX, DAMAGED....SCHEDULES AGAIN...NOW A MONTH IN A HALF OF NO STOVE AFTER A SHORT PERIOD OF OWNERSHIP.  GE STATES HOME DEPOT COULD CARELESS ABOUT THE QUALITY OF THE PRODUCT.  THEY STATE ONLY AVENUE IS REPAIR AND THEY WILL CONTINUE TO SHIP OUT THE BOXES AND HOPE FOR ONE NOT DEFECTIVE.  CUSTOMER SERVICE AND COMMON SENSE DEAD IN BUSINESS.
