Complaint Review: GE capital bank

So my husband applies for a loan and "Sean Marshall" from GE Capital Bank from # 727.322.3512 in FL, stated we could get 3,000 for 155 a month for 180 down, then it was 160 down then back to 180 and to put it on a green dot visa, then to be told for $99. They would western union it and give me sn addtl $760 once i got the $99 greendot reload card to pay western union before xferring the funds, i was told it was the investigation dept.......needless to say i refused the loan and was denied my 160 on hold on the green dot, they tell u to give thecard info before u register it so they can register it in there name.
