Complaint Review: GE Capital Bank

 My mom reported to me to connect with a lawyer/police due to a guy named Sam Park deposited a fraud check into her account. She received a phone call from GE Capital Bank for lian approval of $5000. She was told to make a purchase of 10 iTunes card for $1000 at Walmart. Reach out to Sam and read each card number to him for process. He told her it went through, on a side note to her not tell anyone about this. If someone ask do not say who is it for and to say it's for personal use. Once he received the fund then he will deposit the check. He helped her set up online banking with username and password. He deposited a check via mobile app. The next day my mom found out it was a fake check because her bank was withdrawn of $992 due to insufficient funds from other bank. She tried to reach out to him but his partner named Sam Cooper kept saying he was unable to speak on the phone. I reached out to the number, a guy named Sam Cooper answered. He was very discreet, asked how I got the number, if I need a loan, why I need to speak to Sam Park. He said he is unable to speak because he was in the meeting and will call me back. I said if you are he boss and allwom your employee scam the customer I will report to the police. He said go ahead. I asked for he address turned out it belong to a postal office in Los Angeles. He has accent of Indian background. When I read the previous report of the named Sam Wilson, Ronnie Cooper....how clever they switch up names so they will not get caught. I'm hoping someone will read this find those people before they get to the next victim that can be naive like my mom. Now she lost $1000 plus $992 overdrawn in the account. Life is tough and the world is cruel. Please do not pick up any strange number, if you do don't fall into their s*!
