GE Capital CONS CARC ripoff BY Adding Late fees and Interest Charges screwed others too Dayton Ohio
After MANY attemptes to rectify my account, I continue to receive statements with late fees and finance charges. It's getting very old.
I purchased glasses at Lenscrafters on a promotional program (90 Days same as cash)You know the one... No payments and no interest for 90 days. I keep getting statements with minimum amounts due, late fees and interest. I keep calling every month. I've even given them authorization to speak to my wife. Now they won't speak to her because the account isn't in her name. HELLO!! IDIOTS, I've given you permission to speak to her, so do it.
Now what do I do? I've paid them the amount that I owe them. They just keep sending me bills.
