GE Capital Cons Cardco rip-off Lousville Kentucky
GE Capital Cons offers a 6 months no interest (same as cash) promotion. I paid-off the balance 2 months ahead of time and they DID NOT honor their promotion as posted on their statements. I call their 888 number and all I get is recordings. NO REAL HUMAN JUST A BUNCH OF RECORDED MESSAGES.

Could it be that you just made your payment after your account went over 60 days delinquent? If you do not make your minimum payment every month and your account goes 2 months without a payment you breached your contract that you signed. You are no longer intitled to defered finance charges if you did not meet your half of the opbligation and that is to make monthly minimum payments. Customer service is open monday thru saturday 9am to 12 midnight eastern standard time. That phone number s on your statements.
