I was applying for a payday loan online and got some phone calls and one was from Ge Capitol Bank. They told me I was approved for a $5000 loan at 10% and 16 payments of $334.75.

They said I needed to put $750, $500 one one Vanilla prepaid card and $250 on anither card and call them with the information on the cards and do not activate until after they deposit the funds in my account.

After they deposit funds then I can use my cards for what ever I needed them for. After going back and forth they kept giving exuses why it was taking so long and then after I got upset and told them I was a disabled Veteran and can't afford to loose my $750!

Then they told me the credit department put a hold on my loan until I repair my credit and that I needed to pay them $345 to repair my credit and get the loan.

I told them I wanted paperwork all day long and they kept telling me they would send it but never did. When I tried to check the balance on the cards they said that they were already set up and I needed a pin number. So they stole my $750 and my bank said they can't do anything since I took the money out and paid cash. If I used my debit card to purchase them then they would replace the money because of fraud. But I paid cash so I guess I go hungry this month?

FYI, you didn't get ripped off by GE Capital. You got ripped off by a fake GE Money Bank, which doesn't actually exist. GE Capital is a real, reputable company. Just thought you should know.
