GE General Electric GE Defective Mother Board, Internet
There is a growing trend of GE mother boards burning up Ge is aware of the problem but refuses to do anything about it. GE denied that there is a problem and that my burned up mother board is an isolated occurence. We are now stuck with hundreds of dollars of food spoilage. and a faulty product.
The service technician told me that when the board fries other components of the refrigerator my be damaged causing additional repair costs. The repair costs are now estimated to be about 50% of what we paid for the refrigerator. I would not recommend buying anything GE again.
