I didn't even know who GE Money Bank was until they sent me a nasty letter stating they were closing my CareCredit card. I never used a credit card like that, so when I called, they were EXTREMELY rude to me and would not work with me to close this account and not state closed by Credit Grantor. The way it is worded, will give me a poor report with the Credit Bureaus and that's what they want.

They wouldn't even tell me what all this is about or who they were. It wasn't until later, that I found out through the internet that they are used by Wal Mart and they are the ones I have a dispute with. Just because I am disputing a bill with Wal Mart, doesn't give them the right to close anything else with a nasty comment so as to deliberately destroy my credit rating and get back at me.

These people are full of attitude and they know that as it stands now, they (the bill collectors) have the upper hand so we either meet their demands and pay up to keep our credit good, or go down the toilet and have our credit ruined.
