Received services for dental work in Winter Haven FL- overall bill more than expected - wife sedated from dental surgery. Dental Office Manager asked husband to sign paper to make payments this was the end of March. Many calls to them requesting copy of signed papers. I have not received a single statement. First contact from GE via phone advised that we owed a payment. States they had mailed information to an address in Bradenton. We never lived there. Our address was registrered with the Dental Office. We requested corrected address and statements on many occassions. Never received statements nor copies of signed paper work. Received threatening calls from a representative of GE. We continue to requested statements. Receive calls at night, at work , weekends and holidays. No messages left. We do not as a general practice answer calls from unknown sources. On a couple of occassions we did answer the phone. The caller was unprofessional would not give us any information. Would only speak to husband. Husband has a cardiac contion and does not need this added stress. Again, I stress we have made every attempt to receive documentation to support this bill and any statements. We have even contacted the Dental Office Manager to assist. To do this date we have not received a copy of signed documentation nor statement of moneys owed. Upon reading all of the accounts that registered with your site. We are vey concerned. We are elederly and live on a limited income. It is evident that this company has very unsound and unprofessional practices. They claim they are a member of the FDIC. Maybe we need to report their unusual behavior to them.
