Complaint Review: GE Money Bank - Care Credit

GE Money Bank - Care Credit has exorbitant late fees and other fees. I receive my bill after the due date because they do not send it in time for me to make a payment before it's already late. I make a payment online to cover the late bill and before I know it I receive another late statement charging me more late fees and interest. It's virtually impossible to keep up. Of course, that is exactly what they want. That is how they make their money. I have been paying Care Credit for a number of years for a bill that started out as a minimal amount and has ballooned to double the original amount because of their exorbitant fees. I try to pay on time, but you never know when it is due if you wait for a statement, try to call and they are unavailable. Make a payment on line and it is not credited until they've sent another late charge. You can't win!
