First of all we can really relate to the holding of mail to allow the GEMB to charge bogus late fees . Yes !! We have been there , done that . My remedy was from the second payment on, to pay online and print out my receipt with the time and date . I apprised them of this and voila!!! Wasn't late , However they did make me pay the late fee. Oh the payment was always paid early.

My carpet purchase in Jan 2006..from Carpet Spectrum, Memphis Tn. has turned into a real night mare. The product is pitiful, over priced and the install was deplorable, with damages to my house, walls , and the carpet is crooked , ravelling, and wavy looks like a kid laid the pitiful thing. That's a whole nother story for this site. WHatever it takes. I have filled out the dispute form and to date other than a form letter no name , our complaints have gone neglected.

It seems that no matter who all is involved in these practices and thieving matters, it's pass the buck , and make it rain til the consumer can no longer swim. I do think if enough folks are made aware of this site, and the government/politics don't shut it down , then atleast these thieves will be uncovered to many many working people. Still Trying In Tennessee :-)
