Ge Money Bank called to set up a payment on my CARECREDIT account, the date was clearly communicated to them for the payment to be paid on the 15th, 10 days away. The customer service rep either was doing as he wished, or could not understand english, as it was apparent english was a second language.

THey disregarded my wishes, and went ahead and posted a payment earlier than they had agreed, caused my bank account to suffer 3 overdraft charges. This was the reason I specifically told them the 15th. ALso, as a result, they lowered my credit limit on another account, that has no association with CARECREDIT. Can they do this???!!

I am so mad I cannot see straight. It will be a cold day, when I ever make another phone payment. All they could say was, oh, we are sorry this happened. NO EXCUSE !!!! Apology NOT ACCEPTED !!

I rue the day I ever got involved with GE Money Bank. Once they are paid off, I WILL NEVER use any service connected with them again.
