GE Money Bank - JC Penneys Don't make a deal with the DEVIL Internet
Do not make any arrangements with GE Money Bank or JC Pennneys because they do not hold to them. We made an aggreement on our Penneys bill for a few months due to my husbands wages being cut. They set up the terms ,the amount, and the date-but because we were running behind and the payments they set up was one day later than the bill was due-we are charge a late charge-when they set up everything-to suppossably help us for a few months.What a Joke----And do not even think of talking to the American that it was set up with-you can only get India---outsourced again.Maybe that is why GE is taking over some many creit cards-outsourcing. So it comes down where to go from here.
