On August 24th 2006, I sent my daughter $250 using my paypal account and funded it w/ my paypal plus credit card that was linked to my paypal account.

On September 7th my daughter refunded me from her paypal account the entire $250. She did not have the funds in her paypal account so paypal withdrew the money from her checking account and once the transfer was complete I got an email on Sept 9th stating the refund was complete.

So I logged into my paypal account and it was not shown in my paypal account balance so I logged into my paypal plus credit card account and it was not there either so I figured it would take a while to post.

Well a month went by and no $250 credit. During this time my car got broken into and they took my stereo and wallet so I had to report my paypal plus card stolen. I started calling paypal plus to find out where this credit was and when it would come in. They kept telling me to wait that it takes awhile so I waited.

After one month I called them again to find out what the deal is. They said they sent me a letter stating what they needed me to do.

So I finally got the letter and you would not believe what it said.... It said that I have to return the item in order to get a refund from my seller!!!! WOW!

I got so pissed so I called them AGAIN! This time paypal plus told me they see the original charge and that I need to find out where paypal sent the money, to which account did they refund the money. To the original account or the new one (member my wallet was stolen from my car) so I called Paypal and the customer service rep said it definatly was to my old account number and that she would get paypal plus on the line. Then the paypal plus representitive looked for a $250 credit and said she shows it posting to my old account.

I explained to her that despite what she sees on there if she added all my purchased and payments and subtract the payments from purchases it will be my current balance so you then can see that the $250 was NEVER calculated in the total. She still insisted that I was did get it and said she has to forward this to invetigation department..."AGAIN" IM' PISSED
