Back in November I authourized a payment for my loan. That day they did withdraw the funds I requested. However, the very next day they withdrew another $400+ and a few days later they attempted to withdraw $200+ and another $200+ two days after that. Ofcourse by then my bank account went negative and those unauthorized payments caused MULTIPLE NSF fees totalling $275.00 by my bank. This was back in November of 2008 and here it is mid January with no response after faxing them all of the information they requested. Even after this they still continually call me stating that I am still late on my payments! I spoke to the collection manager Caleb Hanger once and finally someone else gave me his direct phone number and extension. I call him everyday and leave messages for him but has not called me back. Either he is never in the office or disregarding my phone calls. To me it is O.K. for them to take your money any way they can but don't admit to an error and try to help a CUSTOMER out.
Does anyone know an alternate phone number for a collections manager at GE Money Bank?
